What is Affinity Credit Card?



Affinity credit cards are credit cards offered through partnerships between major banks and nonprofit organizations. Every time you use your affinity credit card to make a purchase, your banking institution donates a percentage to the nonprofit partner.  A lot of US colleges have affinity credit cards for their alumni.  Below are some examples of Affinity Credit Cards

Harvard University Alumni Card – The Harvard Alumni Card and Harvard Alumni Card Rewards are offered by the Harvard Alumni Association in partnership with the Harvard University Employees Credit Union.

Bank of American – BankAmericard CashRerwards Visa benefiting The Nature Conservancy.
