Answer: There are two (2) ways to activate your new Macy’s American Express Credit Card.

The first way to activate the Macy’s American Express credit card is by calling the Macy’s credit card activation telephone number: 1-888-257-6894

The second way to activate Macy’s American Express credit card is by registering at macys.com/activate. You will need the old Macy’s credit card and new Macy’s credit card to activate.
