Question: How to apply for JCPenny Credit Card?

Answer: JCPenny only offers the store charge card for its customers. JCPenny Credit Card is issued by Synchrony Bank.

There are 2 ways to apply for JCPenny Credit Cards:

1. via Online:   You can apply for JCPenny credit card by clicking on the following link.  It will direct you to their online credit card application page where you need to enter your Name, Address, Yearly Income and Social Security Number.
2. via JC Penny Stores:  You can apply for JCPenny Credit Card at checkout by entering your Name, Social Security Number and scanning your driver’s license (optional) at the cash register.  Alternatively, you can fill out paper credit card application form.
